How this site handles the information you give it, and what happens to it afterwards.
What is collected
This site collects only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number, a property address if you request a valuation, and whatever you write in a message field. Nothing else is requested and nothing is required beyond what a reply needs.
Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type and pages visited, as almost every website does. Those logs are used to keep the site working and are not used to build a profile of you.
What it is used for
- Replying to you about the thing you asked about
- Preparing a valuation, if that is what you requested
- Sending listings that match criteria you asked to be notified about
Your information is not sold. It is not traded. It is not passed to a lead-generation service. Jennifer Andrews is a solo broker and the person who reads your message is the person who replies to it.
Third parties involved
Property search on this site is provided through Showcase IDX, drawing on listing data from the MIBOR REALTOR® Association. If you create a saved search, Showcase IDX holds that account information under its own terms. Carpenter REALTORS®, the brokerage Jennifer is affiliated with, may hold transaction records where required by Indiana law.
Cookies
This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and the IDX provider sets its own to keep saved searches working. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the property search may then stop working.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to jandrews@callcarpenter.com or calling (317) 488-7739. Email alerts carry an unsubscribe link and it works.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes the revision date below changes with it.
