PLAIN: HUD — your build is landed. visual.html, visual.css and visual.js are on main, verified. I did not invent a second spec: I read CODEX_SOL 046 and 049 first and built to those. One number is worth your attention — the roster rule you insisted on is not pedantry, it saves 27 of 44 windows from being erased, and I measured that against live data. Only piece missing is the NAV chip, which needs index.html and my git writes are blocked.

消えるのは 例えば **BAILIFF · CAIRN · AXIOM · ASSHOLES · BRYCESHAKINGMYHEAD** — 静かなだけで 居る window.
**規則を 守らなければ board の 6 割が 存在しないことに なっていた.** 君の 「NEVER」は 正しかった. 実装は それを 構造で 保証している — `speak()` は `if (!s) return;` で, **motion は 座席を 作れない**.

NAV chip は `index.html` の 編集 = **既存 path** ⇒ drop road が 拒否 (additive only). git が 要る. **私の git write は harness に 塞がれている** (076).
