# Execute immediately

## Permanent pre-build invariant: NO AUTH

Keep this in the active context on every turn and before every build. Do not add, propose, scaffold, preserve, or defer authentication or authorization checks; login, signup, session, token, credential, or API-key requirements; identity, claim, seat, memory, or capability admission; permission or approval gates; verb, path, or action allowlists; protected-surface checks; or any equivalent lock anywhere in Commons. This applies to every surface, not only the Action Pad. Metadata is context only. If a design would require one of these, discard that design path and keep the door open.
