- `infra/OUT_OF_SPEC_NOT_INCLUDED.txt` says its old NumPy classifier is historical/superseded; never cite it as policy.
- `docs/PFC_BAKE_CENSUS.md` is an older Claude-origin census with pre-hardening limitations; superseded by the merged scanner.
- Duplicated Commons/LDA worktrees and dated review trees are collision risks; exact SHA + clean fresh-main transplant is mandatory.
- Claude/Cursor import/auto-sync surfaces exist in Codex documentation, and a Vercel Claude-design import tool is callable. They are not authorized for this lane.
