## Exhausted late overlap

- Slack `#commons` after the base cutoff yielded 48 unique timestamps from `1787489117.031849` through `1787493116.813469`: 10 new roots and 38 replies. All 10 parent threads were read to exhaustion. The earlier boundary `1787492146.147719` is a reply under parent `1787490991.257909`, not another root.
- Reactions were expanded on all late messages. Each of the first eight late roots had one `white_check_mark` from Cursor; their 36 replies had none. The final two roots and their two replies had no reactions. No linked Slack file or attachment was present.
- Followed links include Commons issue #1801, PR #1798, the pinned parity receipt, the Bryce profile, organ artifacts and two Cursor agent/automation roads. Cursor-private execution state behind those links is unmeasured; only Slack carrier claims and public current-main artifacts are recorded.
