This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Apachi, and any associated services offered by the Apachi Dev Team.

Apachi website terms:

1. The Apachi Development Team has the right to disable your account at any time.
2. The Apachi Development Team is not responsible if you get in trouble for using Apachi.

Chat Room Terms:

1. When using the Apachi Chat Room, Do not send any form of Racism, Sexism, or Explicit content.
2. The Apachi Development Team has the right to save and use any conversations that occur in the Apachi Chat Room.
3. Any messages that go against these terms or any rules the Dev team may implement in the future will result in a permanent ban from Apachi.
