What should I do while I wait for a plumber?

For leaks or bursts: turn off the main water supply (usually in the basement, near the front of the house). For gas smell: leave the building and call us from outside. For no heat: open cupboard doors under sinks to keep pipes from freezing.

Will I get the same technician every time?
