Auto-Renewal Subscription Agreement
This Agreement supplements the TextReel Terms of Use and applies when you purchase an automatically renewing TextReel Pro subscription through Apple.
1. Subscription Plans
- TextReel Pro Monthly renews each month.
- TextReel Pro Yearly charges the full annual price and renews each year; it is not a monthly installment plan.
Both plans provide the same Pro entitlement during an active subscription period. Available features are described on the purchase screen.
2. Price and Payment
The full localized price, currency, and billing period shown on the TextReel purchase screen and Apple confirmation sheet at the time of purchase control. Payment is charged to the Apple Account associated with your App Store purchase after you confirm the transaction. Taxes may apply depending on your region.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically for another period of the same duration unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges the renewal price to your Apple Account according to App Store billing rules. If Apple requires consent to a price increase and you do not consent, the subscription may not renew.
4. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings by selecting your Apple Account, then Subscriptions, then TextReel. Deleting TextReel does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, Pro benefits remain available until the end of the already-paid billing period unless Apple issues a refund or revokes the transaction.
5. No Free Trial in V1
Unless the Apple purchase interface expressly displays an introductory offer, the current TextReel plans do not include a free trial. The amount shown is charged when you confirm the purchase.
6. Restoring Purchases
You may use “Restore Purchases” in TextReel to ask Apple to synchronize eligible transactions. Pro access is granted only when StoreKit reports a valid, verified entitlement for a supported TextReel Pro product.
7. Expiration, Refund, and Revocation
Pro access ends when no valid entitlement remains, including after expiration, refund, or revocation. Refund requests and decisions are handled by Apple under App Store policies. TextReel cannot directly issue App Store refunds or access your full payment details.
8. Changes to Benefits or Plans
We may improve or adjust Pro features while continuing to provide the subscription value described at purchase and respecting applicable law. Subscription price or availability changes are administered through Apple, including any notice or consent Apple requires.
9. Related Terms
Your subscription is also governed by the TextReel Terms of Use, TextReel Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple Media Services terms. All three TextReel documents are available inside the app.
