HotPersona Membership Service Agreement

1. Membership Benefits

HotPersona membership provides Pro access to enhanced content generation features, including higher or unlimited generation limits and expanded persona tuning capabilities such as standard and custom personas. Specific benefits may vary by product, region, platform, and app version.

2. Purchase And Activation

Membership products may be purchased through the Apple App Store or other supported platform stores. Membership status is activated after the purchase is completed and verified by HotPersona. If activation is delayed, please keep your purchase receipt and contact support.

3. Usage Rules

You must use membership features in compliance with the HotPersona User Agreement, applicable laws, and third-party platform rules. Membership does not permit illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful use of generated content.

4. Changes To Benefits

We may adjust membership benefits, feature availability, generation quotas, supported models, pricing, and product structure as HotPersona evolves. Existing rights will be handled according to applicable platform rules and the current app policy.

5. Refunds And Cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, and purchase disputes are generally handled by the platform store where you purchased the membership. Please refer to Apple App Store or Google Play policies when applicable.
