HotPersona Membership Automatic Renewal Agreement

1. Automatic Renewal

Auto-renewable membership products renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal according to the rules of the platform store. Renewal prices and billing periods are shown on the purchase page before confirmation.

2. Billing

Payment is charged through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or other supported platform account after you confirm purchase. The platform store may charge your account again within the renewal window before the next billing period starts.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the subscription management page of the platform store. Cancelling automatic renewal does not usually refund the current billing period; membership benefits remain available until the current period expires.

4. Price Or Benefit Changes

If subscription prices, billing periods, or benefits change, the platform store or HotPersona may provide notice where required. Continued subscription after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

5. Failed Renewal

If renewal payment fails, your Pro membership may pause or expire. You may need to update your payment method or purchase again to restore membership benefits.
