DocLens Subscription Service Agreement
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
This Subscription Service Agreement applies when you purchase a DocLens subscription through Appleās in-app purchase system.
1. Subscription Plans
DocLens may offer monthly and yearly Pro plans. Subscription benefits may include increased analysis limits, enhanced AI features, higher document capacity, reduced restrictions, and related membership entitlements described in the app.
2. Activation
Your subscription becomes effective after a valid Apple transaction is completed and successfully verified by DocLens. Temporary delays may occur where payment succeeds but backend verification is still processing.
3. Entitlements and Limits
Subscription entitlements are subject to your active plan, backend quota rules, anti-abuse controls, and successful transaction verification. Certain features may remain unavailable until entitlement status is synchronized.
4. Billing Source
All billing, charging, refund routing, and renewal management are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. DocLens does not directly collect your payment card details.
5. Verification and Restoration
DocLens may submit transaction information, including transaction JWS and transaction identifiers, to backend verification services to confirm authenticity and restore service rights. Restore actions may require additional time to complete.
6. Suspension or Denial of Benefits
Benefits may be suspended or denied if a purchase is reversed, fraudulent, unverifiable, refunded, duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise invalid.
7. Pricing and Availability
Plan pricing, feature scope, introductory offers, and available benefits may change in the future. Changes do not alter completed billing periods already confirmed by Apple, except as permitted by law or platform rules.
8. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless Apple grants a refund under its policies.
9. Contact and Disputes
If you believe your entitlement was not applied correctly, contact support through the app and include relevant purchase details where appropriate.
