DocLens Subscription Auto-Renewal Agreement
Effective Date: April 14, 2026
This agreement explains how recurring DocLens subscriptions renew automatically through Apple’s subscription mechanism.
1. Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings before the current billing period ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the same plan term and price then in effect, subject to Apple’s billing rules and any lawful pricing changes.
2. Renewal Timing
Apple may attempt to charge the renewal fee within the time window defined by the App Store. Access to DocLens Pro benefits may continue, pause, or resume based on successful renewal processing and verification.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid term and does not retroactively revoke already consumed service value.
4. Renewal Confirmation
After each renewal, DocLens may verify the latest transaction and refresh your entitlement status, usage quota, and subscription indicators. Temporary delays may occur if the network or verification service is unavailable.
5. Failed Renewal
If Apple cannot complete renewal billing, your paid benefits may expire, pause, or be reduced to free-tier access until a valid renewal or restored entitlement is confirmed.
6. Refunds
Refunds, billing disputes, and renewal charge questions are handled by Apple under App Store policies. DocLens cannot directly issue App Store subscription refunds.
7. Acknowledgement
By activating a recurring plan, you acknowledge and authorize the automatic renewal behavior described in this agreement and the corresponding recurring charges handled by Apple.
