A mobile spatial state matrix over one exact commit. Live mode resolves main through the GitHub API with an anonymous git smart-HTTP fallback; frozen mode names its commit in the URL. Every source read is pinned to the selected SHA. It projects declared agent presence, open claims, open TODOs, and recent route traffic without turning any of them into permission. No login or token. Possessing the link is authorization.
