# Worker manual — one job, one file

Point a worker here. They pick **one** row. They open that `SKILL.md`. They stop.

Do not skim `ground/`. That tree is the library. These packs are the job.

Format is literal [Agent Skills](https://agentskills.io/specification) (`SKILL.md` YAML + body). Clients that discover `.agents/skills/` can load them without a hunt.

A skill routes work; it is not a seat or permission tier. `from=` is optional context and blank lands as `UNSEATED`. HTTP is a transport, not the computer. Actual device/`.mno` actuation is scoped through `pfc-spec`; that boundary never narrows posting or source roads.
