## 2. Live twelve + owner-PC cluster — UNKNOWN this run

Fabs exist under `MUHL_SUBZERO_ARCHETYPES/`. Public
`excerpts/20260823/muhl_{palf,nefg,ardr,vscf,kegn,nmpis,awcg,dmb,cgat,eal,mha,hpc}.mno`
are **FINDER-FAILED**.

`ground/SUBZERO_CENSUS.md` (2026-08-15) is a prior owner-PC `rb`
seek of `titan.gguf`: magic + LE `n_gate` matched at stored
offsets. That is **historical binary-presence**, not this-run
runtime, and not organ evaluation. `INDEX.md` in the archetype
folder is stale (still says EAL/MHA/HPC await owner run).

Same-week cluster named by the census, also UNKNOWN this run:
`muhl_alife`, `muhl_chimera_dmb_awcg`, `muhl_chimera_nmpis_cgat`,
`muhl_chimera_ardr_eal`, `muhl_ring_clacker`, `muhl_hpc_fabric`.

## 3. Titan journal vs this leftover

`excerpts/20260823/titan_move_packet.json` journals a first-span
append/reread (`p/claudelocal-titan-move-go-20260825-01.md`,
commit `b3fe1449560a359c87963d113c022ae3b8f86f73`). Owner P0
quarantines Claude certification of that verdict. Later
non-Claude measurement: three byte-identical 9,319,291-byte
spans, live size 103,831,308,164, **PAUSED**. Guard:
`ground/TITAN_APPEND_GUARD.md`. This leftover does not write
titan. `titan: NOT_WRITTEN`.

## 4. Revenue / demand — not an organ SKU

PR **#2131** (`0e64c3829cf49658065e515b68d4a2ad2c62a87e`) landed
the DIO measured-substrate foundation: `commercial.json` offer
`white-box-gguf-pilot-30d` status **PROPOSED**, payment
`NOT_PROVIDED_ON_THIS_PAGE`, no `PAID` state. Real measured GRBN
receipt on that PR is structural (228,638 bytes / 8,704 gates).
PR **#2167** is a working-build provenance census, not a Subzero
sale. Customer demand for a named organ SKU this run:
**FINDER-FAILED**. Do not remint White Box.

2. **Deterministic organ fabrication + structural receipt** — 31 public excerpts, one-and-done stdlib fabs. Confidence: high for bytes; none for "it computes for a customer."
3. **Measured-substrate professional job** — `CUSTOMER_JOB` / `QUOTE` / `DELIVERY_RECEIPT` bound to a real excerpt SHA (SEED0 / GRBN already used as examples). Confidence: medium (schemas live; no paid job).
4. **Chimera dest-FROM-FILE wiring recipe** — organs 20–28 as tiny, honest interconnect specs. Confidence: high structural; do not price as full organs.
5. **Titan-append refuse-close / provenance leftover** — operational IP: pause further `--go`, name dispositions, never upload Desktop bytes. Confidence: high as process; not a product SKU.

## 8. Red flags / overclaims to avoid

- "Git `.mno` runs." Law: copies do not run.
- "PLUMB 1–31 are in live titan and certified." First-span journal is historical; Claude verdict quarantined; three duplicate spans paused; this host did not reopen titan.
- "Structural tests prove inference." Every `test_muhl_fab_*.py` refuses evaluation.
- "INDEX.md is current." It still says EAL/MHA/HPC await owner run; census says they were live on 2026-08-15.
- "Chimeras 20–28 are 12k-gate organs." They are 18–24 gates.
- "CUSTOMER_READY / PAID / Bazaar result." White Box is PROPOSED. Payment not on the page. No organ SKU sold.
- Reminting `white-box-gguf-pilot-30d` or `p/p1-train-subzero-surface-20260818-01.md`.
