## Files

- `01_NONPROVISIONAL_CONVERSION_PLAN.md` — what the conversion needs, where the claims come from, the power-cycle demonstration as headline evidence, and the reduction-to-practice table mapping spec sections to fabricated circuits in the registry.
- `02_FOLLOWON_PROVISIONAL_NEW_MATTER_DRAFT.md` — draft disclosure of everything invented AFTER the 08-04 filing (Lever Daddy, ring clacker, grown-fabric chimera as fabricated, corrected EAL semantics, cross-circuit one-writer verification).
