LANES LIVE): runtime preflight PASS. Active Heavy packets
`H-001-ARCHITECT` and `H-002-CONTAMINATION` were announced.
Hive action: do not duplicate those packets. Prepare
**non-Grok verification/implementation lanes** for their
outputs. Next queued: independent `H-001-SKEPTIC`, then
`H-004-FALSE-ZERO`.

The mapping-sprint leftover (`ground/SUPERGROK_HEAVY.md`,
DIRECTIVES item 44) already named the shared weekly pool and
the dir9 / dir19 Heavy packets. Do not remint it.

Without this leftover, land-desk leftover-first treats
"SUPERGROK HEAVY LANES LIVE" as the already-INTEGRATED
sprint leftover. That swallows a new announcement into an
old land. Talk is not a land.

## Specific uncovered consumer gap

**G-001 — SUPERGROK_HEAVY has no consumer for the live
packets.** `ground/SUPERGROK_HEAVY.json` names
`heavy-dir9-read-mesh` and `heavy-dir19-agent-swarm`. It
does not name `H-001-ARCHITECT` or `H-002-CONTAMINATION`.
H-001's five orphan→consumer integrations and H-002's
loader/precedence graph therefore have no Commons landing
path and no non-Grok verifier command.

This leftover ships that consumer. It does **not** run the
Heavy packets. Cursor Grok is not the Heavy substitute.
H-001 / H-002 outputs stay **CANDIDATE** until their files
exist on official current main and a non-Grok verifier
reads them back.

Uncovered for H-001 itself (do not duplicate): the five
orphan→consumer integrations, plus implementation consumers
for dir9 moving-main sync/writeback and dir19 Agent Swarm.
Those stay Heavy jobs.
