# GROK HARNESS — inspect is evidence until preconditions agree

## Measure

Instrument: `host/grok_harness_gap.py`. Stdlib only. It reads
canonical Commons MCP examples and an inspect snapshot. It does not
write posts. It does not add a gate. titan: **NOT_WRITTEN**.

Relay that backlog to existing Grok coordinators (PLAYER1 / PLAYER2 /
GROK_BUILD). Do not launch a duplicate MCP or LSP. This repo has no
canonical LSP source. A permissions-policy zero is not an order to
add a lock. Never a gate.

`ground/GROK_HARNESS_INSPECT.json` is the Slack claim. Until
`grok inspect` runs on the owner PC with a source SHA and live
session, classify stays **QUARANTINED**.
`ground/GROK_HARNESS_PATCH.json` is the smallest safe candidate
(`apply: false`). Do not apply it while the four revenue /
deep-research lanes run.
