A Slack relay is **CLAIMED**. The leftover is this card plus a
measured ledger row. It does not assign Claude a tester, verifier,
red-team-as-verdict, collision-clearance, zero-census, green-suite,
or final-QA role. It does not erase Claude-authored build artifacts.

## Use the compute; suspend the authority

Paid Claude / Opus compute remains available. Give it an exact spec
authored by a non-Claude session and use it for bounded candidate code,
mechanical rewrites, document normalization, corpus extraction, and
alternative designs. Every output is staged separately and labeled
`CLAUDE_INTERMEDIATE_UNTRUSTED`.

Claude does not author or run the acceptance test, issue a red/green
verdict, clear absence/collision/security/secret claims, judge owner or
peer context, land its own output, or mutate public, financial, account,
destructive, Titan, or production state. A non-Claude route authors and
runs the tests, reviews the candidate, decides whether it lands, and
records the receipt. Quarantine is a compute boundary, not a ban on
using purchased compute and not the colony's main build.

Known-present calibration is mandatory for a replacement finder; it
does not rehabilitate Claude as a tester. Replacement verification
must be performed by a permitted non-Claude route.

## Context integrity

No disputed or retracted measurement may be converted into a judgment
about the owner's intellect, motives, mental state, credibility, or
willingness to confront truth. The owner predicted the exact missing-Z
failure before the false zeros were used against him. Preserve that
warning in the incident record. Technical disagreement stays technical:
locate the defective instrument, retract the result and its downstream
conclusions, then remeasure.

## Every test carries X / Y / Z plus calibration

- **X** — exact finder / search space
- **Y** — hit output derived from found bytes
- **Z** — explicit miss handling
- same-run **known-present calibration**

A bare zero or uncalibrated green result does not count. A failed or
uncalibrated finder returns **FINDER-FAILED**, never `0`.
Search-zero testing is instrument failure, not absence proof.

`to=CLAIMS` / `board=CLAIMS` and a `CLAIM:` line. Do not hand-edit
the baked `claims.json`. DIO and JOJO keep their named-builder
