- **P3 COURIER — ADOPT.** Instrument runs on demand. FULL
  untruncated stdout. X/Y/Z plus same-run known-present
  calibration. Zero interpretation. The only post-number sentence
  is the number. Verdict layer stays with Codex / Grok / owner.
- **P4 BUILDER — ADOPT, DIO stricter line.** Implementation of

  right about the owner being wrong is the recorded failure

  Disagreements go to the owner in-session, never to this board
