ROYAL TARGET Eco idiots ‘plotting to storm Windsor Castle and break into private royal grounds in three days of chaos’

The protesters will also try and create mayhem in Windsor town centre

The image shows Windsor Castle's imposing stone walls and round towers under a cloudy sky. A bronze statue stands prominently in the foreground on a public square. Numerous tourists and visitors walk around the area, with some gathered near the statue. A bicycle is parked nearby with metal bollards visible.

ECO idiots are plotting to storm Windsor Castle and break into private royal grounds in three days of chaos, according to reports.

Extinction Rebellion activists plan to create a diversion on The Long Walk which would allow members of the group to break into the castle grounds.

In a report seen by MailOnline, the protesters will also try and create mayhem in Windsor town centre by targeting hotels and restaurants and blocking roads.

A leading security and risk assessment organisation infiltrated XR group chats where the mass demonstration was discussed.

The non-violent action, from August 30 to September 1, was also planned during a zoom meeting.

An investigator, who posed as an activist, listened as environmental zealots talked about the demo.

A risk assessment by a local business also revealed XR organisers are encouraging elderly and disabled activists to attend.

The eco rabble previously announced they would stage a mass occupation outside Windsor Castle to protest against the King — even though he is a green campaigner.

The image shows a formal portrait of a person in elaborate military dress uniform, seated in an ornate green and gold chair. They wear a dark uniform with gold braiding, numerous medals and decorations, and hold a ceremonial sword. A military cap sits on a side table. The setting appears to be an elegant room with decorative curtains.

Climate activists claimed it is the "embodiment of a broken and unjust system".

Extinction Rebellion says its occupation of Windsor Great Park is to urge the King to do yet more on green issues.

The protest, called Upgrade Democracy, will not specifically target the King or any individual, it claims.

Catherine Bartlett, of Extinction Rebellion UK, said in a rambling press release: "Windsor Castle has been chosen as an embodiment of a broken and unjust system where our message will resonate powerfully.

"The general election has neither fixed our broken system nor addressed the urgent action needed to tackle the climate and nature emergency.

"We demand better at all levels; from the head of state to local councils but our central demand is for a Citizens' Assembly on Climate and Ecological Justice, which is needed more urgently now than ever before."

However Windsor Great Park has been practising sustainable land use for hundreds of years.

The image shows Windsor Castle, a large stone fortress with distinctive towers and battlements, viewed from the Long Walk. Many visitors are walking along the tree-lined path and relaxing on the surrounding green lawns on what appears to be a pleasant day. The medieval castle dominates the background with its impressive Gothic architecture.
The King will not even be at Windsor Castle during the protest because he will be spending his summer holiday at Balmoral in Scotland
