Civics 128 collects no data. None.

What the app stores

Your study progress (which cards you marked as known or flagged for review) is saved only on your device, using iOS's standard local storage. It never leaves your device, and the developer has no way to see it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

What the app does not do

The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. It makes no network requests of its own. The only network activity happens if you choose to tap an external link (such as the official USCIS study materials), which opens in your browser and is governed by that website's own privacy policy.
