Corrections

When a published verdict is found to be wrong — a reasoning error, evidence outside the claim's era, a misread referent — it is corrected publicly, per fact-checking norms: the claim keeps a visible correction note on its provenance strip, and every change is logged here with the old and new verdict, the reason, and the date. Corrections are never applied silently.

2026-08-10 — On 2026-08-10 the five-speech corpus finished re-adjudication on the unified v2.3-role-axis-s5cap pipeline across five recorded hops (re-score/rebuild, the D16(alpha) release wave, the D15/D16 rulings, the R-1 shape correction and the R-3 escape run). 148 claims now publish a verdict that differs from the previously published run and are listed below; a further 42 changed in ways the verdict table cannot express — the 12 that crossed into or out of a models-split state are shown in the Resolution-state section below, and all 42 are itemised in the DC-6 net ledger. Prior entries described the superseded runs and are archived verbatim.
