Should I Rent a Car — result preview

This page exists so anyone on the team can see exactly what the tool produces — pick a preset scenario or enter your own trip details and it'll render the same result shape the real API returns.

This is not live. Every number here is computed in this page using the same pricing logic as should-i-rent-a-car.js — vehicle-class defaults, the verdict thresholds, the EV charging math — but with no network calls of any kind. Distance is whatever you type in, not a real Mapbox lookup, and destination data beyond the four cities below is the same generic placeholder the real API falls back to.
